In addition to the benefits that computers bring, it also affects the health of users such as: eye fatigue, dry eyes, blurred vision &#8230; This is a common condition that occurs when your eyes are tired because of work. working long hours on a computer, or other digital device.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prolonged eye strain also causes psychological stress and affects quality of life and work efficiency.<\/span><\/p><p><b>So what is the effect of eye massage exercise?<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2705 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Helps eyes have more energy.
