tuna with salt<br \/>\u2013 Heat the skillet to high until very hot, add the oil in the hot skillet.<br \/>\u2013 Sear the tuna on each side for about 1 minute<br \/>\u2013 Turn the tuna over to the seared sides evenly and then remove the tuna to rest.<br \/>\u2013 Cut the avocado vertically in half, peel the skin off.<br \/>\u2013 Heat the pan really hot, add oil.\u00a0Fry the avocado evenly on one side, then take the avocado out to rest.<br \/>\u2013 Prepare the Vierge sauce<br \/>\u2013 Peel lime and cut into cubes<br \/>\u2013 Dice ginger<br \/>\u2013 Slice Thai basil leaves<br \/>\u2013 Cut the petals of hibiscus flowers<br \/>\u2013 Cut the cherry tomatoes in half<br \/>\u2013 Cut the tuna in half after being rested and drained of oil<br \/>\u2013 Slice the fried avocado into 2cm slices<br \/>\u2013 Add olive oil in the bowl of Vierge sauce and mix well all ingredients<br \/>\u2013 Add lime zest on the tuna<br style=\"margin-bottom: 0px;\" \/>\u2013 Add fresh seaweed before
