Especially young adults from 25-35 years old – the main labor force of Vietnam, aren’t yet able to follow the lifestyle like the rest of the world; Health & Wellness.   

Looking back on my own journey of learning to manage mind-body-spirit energy, I came to understand that if you don’t have sustainable energy daily, then you can’t achieve wellness. Only when the energy levels are in harmony, can good health, and a freedom of the mind begins.

KNEELING LEG LIFT EXERCISES – BOOST NATURAL ENERGY, BURNING BELLY FAT

 

Today’s trend of sports training has gradually focused on slimming and toning factors. Especially in the belly fat area, which has always been an image for many women. With the busyness of work, many women are suffering from many bad habits such as snacking and being sedentary, causing fat to tend to shift to the abdomen. Not only affecting aesthetics but excess fat in the abdomen also brings serious health risks such as heart disease!

 

To reduce belly fat and develop muscle for you, Drinkizz would like to introduce the Kneeling Leg Lift exercise to help women get strong and healthy abs and increase muscle, creating endurance for the body! This is a simple and effective abs workout at home, which also doesn’t require any equipment.

 

Kneeling Leg Lift is a basic movement to help burn excess fat in the abdomen and promote other muscles such as hips, back, or hamstrings to be more flexible, supple, and toned. Just practice hard for 3-4 months combined with a healthy diet, and you will have a slim waist. For more detailed instructions, follow these steps:

Step 1: Kneel on a mat with arms extended, and palms flat on the mat. 

Step 2: Keep your knee bent, and lift your right leg up and to the rear until even with the back. 

Step 3: Lift the leg to hip level, then lower back to start. 

Step 4: Perform 10 to 12 repetitions, then switch legs for one set. Keep the weighted knee lifted off the ground throughout the entire move; do not rest it on the ground between reps.

 

Function:

  • Burn excess fat in the abdomen, slim down with a waist
  • Strengthens and stretches the hip, hamstring, and back muscles, which can assist with daily activities and improve running and mobility
  • Balance and improve core strength for more flexible body control

You can practice with exercises like fire hydrants or planks to improve the efficiency of burning belly fat and toning bones!
