The word Drinkizz means Drink & Kiss. We chose the name Drinkizz to represent the saying “Kiss your Energy”,  which embodies an authentic lifestyle focusing on mind, body, and soul but it is not easy to practice every day. The “izz”  symbolizes a series of actions that we need to take for our wellbeing on the go.

Looking back on our own journey of learning to manage mind-body-spirit energy, we came to understand that if we don’t manage our biological energy for one activity at the right time, then we won’t perform well in the next activity. The recharge of biological energy levels continuously between activities during the day is very important. A low level of biological energy causes an activity to fail, which creates a domino effect to the other activities, affecting our well-being.
