SIT UP – GAIN ENERGY – EFFICIENT BURNING

So today Drinkizz would like to introduce to you the “Sit Up Sit Up” exercise which is simple to follow that doesn’t require any special tools but can effectively burn belly fat. This is a very effective abdominal exercise for burning belly fat and toning the abdominal muscles.

Sit ups are a classic abdominal exercise performed by lying on your back and using your body weight to lift your torso, strengthen and tone your abs. At the same time, this exercise will also work your back muscles and glutes. Sit up exercise looks quite simple with basic crunches, but you need to pay close attention to every detail if you don’t want to get it wrong. You can start practicing like this:

– Step 1: You are in a supine position on the floor, your legs are bent at the knees so that your thighs and shins form an angle of roughly 90 degrees, both feet are completely on the floor. If you’re new to the practice, you can ask a companion to hold your legs in position or put them under a fixture to make the bend up easier.

– Step 2: With 2 hands, you can put your hands behind your head, interlock your fingers, or put your hands across your ears or hold in front of your chest. Note, if you put your hands behind your head, do not use force from your hands to pull your body up because that is not effective and at the same time easily leads to injury.

– Step 3: Keeping your entire lower body in place, lift your head and chest up until you’re sitting upright on the floor, with your neck bent slightly forward. Hold the highest position for 1 second, squeeze your abs and remember to breath throughout this movement.

– Step 4: Inhale and slowly lean back to return to the starting position. Repeat the action.

Note: Do not use the force of inertia to raise and lower the body.
