III. PROCESS OF PREPARING 1 GLASS OF MOCKTAIL WAKE UP
1. Step 1: Prepare cold-brew coffee
- Prepare 60g of coffee in 900ml of water in the recipe table
- Pour water into the coffee cup. Gently stir the coffee and water
- Incubate the mixture of water + coffee in the refrigerator compartment at 2-8oC for 16-18 hours
- Filter the solution mixture after incubation through the filter mesh 3 times to remove the residue
