Instrcution:

 

  • Step 1: Start with your hands out in front of you or on your hips. Stand straight with your toes facing forward.
  • Step 2: Lift your right foot to the floor then bent and inhale your foot, and shift weight to the left leg.
  • Step 3: Exhale and bring your feet to the floor next to your left foot.
  • Step 4: Repeat 10-12 times and then switch sides.
