DEEP RELAXATION EXERCISE- REGENERATE YOUR NATURAL ENERGY AFTER THE WORKOUT, REDUCING STRESS AND ANXIETY

There are many ways to awake your natural energy, improve your physical and mental health before work, Yoga is one of the methods loved by office workers because of its convenience and efficiency! However, when practicing Yoga, you need to pay attention to practice properly so that the body can be healthy and avoid unnecessary injuries.

So, to end an effective Yoga session, you will need a closing exercise to help you relax and calm down after an energizing session! So Drinkizz would like to introduce you to Deep Relaxation!

Deep relaxation exercises will help you relax and loosen up your body after a workout, giving you time to calm down and reflect, listen to yourself, and control your emotions better. So, if you are often anxious and stressed, you can practice this exercise even if you have not practiced Yoga before!

Instructions:

  • Lie on your back on the floor, legs slightly separated to 2 sides, 2 toes pointing to 2 sides, 2 hands about 15 degrees from the body, palms facing up, so that the chest is expanded, the head is kept straight but released. liquid, eyes half-closed.
  • Consciousness, feeling each part of the body, wherever you feel, reminds you to relax there until the whole body melts in the middle of the floor.
  • Remain awake but completely relaxed, listen to the breathing, and feel the deep relaxation in body and mind.
