The O.N.E lifestyle also integrates the 8 dimensions of wellness, which include physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, environmental, occupational, and financial wellness. By focusing on these dimensions, you can achieve a well-rounded, healthy, and fulfilling life. “Evaluate these 8 dimensions to see where you are currently at, the areas you need to improve” (p. 29).
