To manage our IT system effectively, we implemented several no-code solutions that enhanced data management, ingestion, security, and backup. Here’s a brief overview of the tools we used:
- Knack: Knack served as our unified data management platform, enabling us to create and manage databases with ease. It handled crucial aspects such as R&D, inventory, products, sales, marketing, HR policies, finance, and regulatory operations, ensuring data consistency and accessibility across departments.
- Make (formerly Integromat): Make was essential for data integration and automation of business workflows. It connected various apps and systems, facilitating seamless data ingestion and synchronization across our IT ecosystem, including external and internal data sources.
- WooCommerce: WooCommerce was used to manage our online store, integrating with our website for e-commerce and point-of-sale (POS) operations. It streamlined sales processes and provided a unified platform for managing orders and customer interactions. Data from WooCommerce was easily and automatically integrated into our no-code database, Knack, to simplify sales processes and operations.
- SimpleBackups: SimpleBackups ensured the security and availability of our data in Knack through automated backups and archiving. This no-code tool provided peace of mind by safeguarding our data against loss or corruption.
