RELAXATION EXERCISE 09 – Finger stretching exercise at the office!

Today Drinkizz will introduce the exercise “Finger stretching” so that we can relax for our hands!

All parts of the body are connected to each other in a closed and harmonious cycle. When one part of the body has a problem, the damage will spread and affect many other parts of the body. The fingers are densely packed with nerves that receive a lot of tactile feedback, so the health of the fingers is closely related to the body.

Using a computer a lot will make our hands always in a state of stiffness and fatigue. Tired fingers and hands will cause psychological stress and produce more cortisol (stress hormone). When cortisol is high, the antioxidant enzymes in the blood become less active. ✅ First, use your right hand to grab 4 left fingers.

✅ Stretch 4 fingers slowly towards the back of your hand and stretch as much as you can!

✅ Hold the pose for 10 seconds, then switch sides!

Note: Take it slow and practice for 10 to 15 minutes!
