Causes of eye strain

In addition to the benefits that computers bring, it also affects the health of users such as: eye fatigue, dry eyes, blurred vision … This is a common condition that occurs when your eyes are tired because of work. working long hours on a computer, or other digital device.
Prolonged eye strain also causes psychological stress and affects quality of life and work efficiency.
So what is the effect of eye massage exercise?
✅ Helps eyes have more energy. When gently massaging the eyes and the area around the eyes will help activate blood vessels, help blood circulation better and improve the energy of the eyes. (1) (2)
✅ Helps relieve eye fatigue by softening and relaxing the muscles around the eyes. (1) (2)

Simple eye massage exercises as follows:
✅ First, use the middle and ring fingers to gently smooth in the direction from under the eye socket to the corner of the eye and temple.
✅ Gently press and rotate your finger in a circular motion in the temple area.
✅ Gently swipe your finger from the temple back to the eye socket, up to the top of the eyebrow and gently stroke the tail of the eyebrow.
✅ Continue to gently press and rotate your fingers in a circular motion in the temple area.
You can perform the movement very slowly for 5 minutes, breathe deeply and feel the skin around the eyes being gently relaxed.
Eye relaxation exercises do not take much time but bring good results, you can do it every 2 hours to help your eyes stay healthy and have more energy!
