Hello friends! I’m Tam, you can also call me Breath.
Tam is a Yoga and Meditation instructor with more than 6 years of experience and a vegan practice for more than 2 years.
Breath is the name of the meditation that my teacher gave me when I studied a psychotherapist training program for 2 years.
Tam has been through a period of depression for more than 10 years, used to have difficulty in controlling thoughts, emotions, studying, working, communicating… But everything has changed positively when I know Yoga . But at that time, the stress habit was still so heavy that I often held my breath. It was not until I met my teacher and he named me Breath that the bad habit of holding my breath improved. During the past 2 years, my teacher and classmates used to call me “Breath”, and each time I was reminded to return to my breath. I am very grateful to him for giving me a new breath, a new life. My life is now lighter, more peaceful, work, finances, relationships are also much better.
By observing, connecting and mastering the breath, Tam overcame depression and changed his bad habit of holding his breath. Thanks to that, my physical and mental health has so far changed very positively! Now, my specialty is helping people control their breathing to improve their body and mind health in modern life.
Tam realizes that the life of modern people today has 3 basic issues that need to be improved to have a quality life.
The first problem is the body. Most of us today focus a lot on the outside and don’t care about our bodies. That’s why we often do not control our posture, making us susceptible to conditions such as pain in the spine, bones, joints… The spine is the important organ, if the spine is damaged Injuries cause many diseases and poor quality of life.
The second problem is the spirit. Busy life makes people suffocate because of stress. Pressure from work, relationships… accumulates for a long time leading to stress. If left untreated, long-term stress causes depression.
The third problem concerns the mind. Many modern people often have insomnia because their brain is too active. They have so many thoughts in their heads that they can’t stop. Endless thoughts lead to both positive and negative emotions that keep them from sleeping.
